Our Chef
Baris Budak is a passionate chef who grew up in Turkey, where he discovered his love of cooking.
Through his culinary creations, Baris lets guests enjoy refined dishes in which his Eastern roots meet the knowledge he gained in Western kitchens.
With hard work and an endless drive for perfection, he developed into a master chef. Today, he is at the helm of his own restaurant.
